Ready to Hire candidates
- Our HR team will fully scrutinize and skim the profiles & documents of the candidates
- Screening and interviewing will also be done by our HR team.
- Negotiations will be done by us for the salary brackets.
- All the details of final candidate (ready to hire) will be provided to you.
- You will be charged individually per candidate. Charges will depend on designation, difficulty etc.
- Recommended for startups.
Commision Based
- A percentage of one time commission will be charged from the monthly gross salary of the hired candidate.
- Candidates will thoroughly screened, verified and approved by our HR team.
- Database of interested candidates will be provided through sheets.
- You will not be charged a commission until a candidate has been successfully hired from our database.
- Percentage will be calculated depending upon the: Number of positions, difficulty, designation etc.
- Recommended for grown businesses.
CV sheets & pools
- You will charged a one time fee for the database (Sheets & Pools).
- Database will include all the contact details of candidates. ie; experience, current salary etc.
- Our HR team will share readily available CV sheets and pool with you.
- Candidates in the CV pools won’t fully screened by our HR team.
- Cost of the database (Sheets & Pools) will depend on the number of CVs, designation, country, difficulty.
- Recommended for low budget recruitment.
